- Asking Price – does the home compete with recent sales in quality, upkeep & upgrades
- Description – inaccurate descriptions embellishing features or condition
- Photos – doctored, stage or wide angle to create deceptive appearance or size

They are what we term “mature buyers” because they have been in the market for a period of time, seen lots of other homes on the market, and have a very clear vision of the home they want to buy – and they are READY, WILLING & ABLE to buy now!
